Booking a session is straightforward. Select the appointment that best fits your needs—whether a complimentary consultation (by phone or virtual ), a 75-minute intake, or a 60-minute hypnosis session. A confirmation email with all the necessary details will be provided upon booking.

Sessions are tailored to individual goals, whether that includes stress reduction, confidence building, habit change, smoking cessation, weight management, fears, or learning and performance enhancement.

Taking a few moments before the session to reflect on goals or questions is encouraged, allowing each experience to be focused, personalized, and effective.
